AS means Accounting Standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
IAS / IFRS means International Accounting Standards / International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Committee, U. K. (IASC)
Guidance Note means Guidance Note issued by the ICAI
SAP / AAS means Statement on Auditing Practices / Auditing and Assurance Standards issued by the ICAI.
ISA means International Standards on Auditing issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, U. K. (IAASB)
