HERE'S WHAT YOU GET: I'll show up at your reunion at least one hour before it gets started, to video tape and take pictures of all the decorations, serving tables and food being prepared and members making final preparation for the gathering.
WHAT I NEED BEFORE THE PRODUCTION: My standard rate for taping a reunion is $500. This fee must be paid up front at least one week before the reunion, unless you are a regular client and credit has been established.
I'll need a printed list of all participants and their addresses, the date, location and time of the reunion. I'd also like to visit the location of the reunion to get an idea of its layout.
The organizer of the reunion will be given a DVD of the finished production and a CD-ROM containing all the candid photographs taken during the reunion.
VHS copies are $30. each - these are presented in a hard case with a full color sleeve with a custom designed face label.
