HERE'S WHAT YOU GET: A week or so before your graduation, I visit your center and take video of the graduates going about their daily routine in learning, socializing, and having fun. I will cover two special happenings at your center during the school year. Just call me a week ahead, I'll show up, briefly video the event and add it to your file for the end of the year program.
WHAT I NEED BEFORE THE PRODUCTION: My standard rate for taping a graduation is $200. I waive this fee most of the time because the day care collects more than that amount in orders for copies of the program. However, for some reason you don't collect the minimum, you would be required to make up the difference.
A printed copy listing all participants. Date, location and time of the graduation. I'd also like to sit in on one of the rehearsals so I can get an idea of the order of the program.
Any slides or photographs that are shown during the graduation need to be given to me at the end of the program so that I can incorporate the media into the order of the production.
VHS copies are $30. each - these are presented in a hard plastic case with a full color custom designed sleeve and face label.
DVD copies are $30. each - these are presented in a hard case with a full color sleeve and thermal printed disc..
