This is a great tactic where there is a 3-1-2-1-3 tactic... Dont define anything bcoz everything is right to Win EVERY match!!! It should work with every team, Just download and grab all the cups!!!!
This tactic involves 2 defenders, 2 defensive midfielders, 3 midfielder, 1 attckacking midfielder and 2 strikers. All you need is people that fit the places perfect like putting a am in the am and not a m in the am place so be careful...but other than that...you should win every match!!!
this is round aboutsb the same as 22312 but then the places are a LITTLE bit different for example...the dmc in A might be a dml in B! But never the less you should, like tactic A, win every match!
If Your having trouble scoring and defending this is the tactic for you. I won the spanish league with Deportivo with both my strikers scoring over 45 goals each and only conceding 7 goals also won champions league in first season.
This is a big team tactic but dosen't work with AC Milan!!
You can use it with any team in any league.From Verona to Santander... Tactic's hot point is that there are three midfielders.The one in the midddle should be a DMC and
the others AMC or MC.Don't make DMC use corner kicks.The rest is up to the tactic.Download the tactic

I've tried it and it works great. I actually got this tactic from a friend and if you're getting beat left striker man mark keeper while other striker try through balls. It doesn't work too good to start with but it gets better after 2-3 games. I suggest use it for the first time in friendlies or something.
This is my favourite tactic in CM 00-01 v.3.89.I`ve won all possible titles in Europa and the world (except one CLSemi-final:)) playing Inter for 16 consecutive year, but i also have use it during the season as an experiment with teams from lower italian leagues who were going to be relegated and it also worked. It's also easy to find the required players ,because i develloped in such way that only central players could be used if you wish.
Needs a good DM who can dribble well and pass. Also needs good AM and strikers with good heading. Won 75% of away games with ipswich and 100% with liverpool ( gerrard is good for dmc )
The two defensive midfielders do not make forward runs so they must have strong defensive attributes. I found Cambiasso, Emerson(Roma) and Helguera
the most successful. The AM R is given a free role and I found Totti, Figo, Tessem (I'm not lying) and Scott Huckerby the most successful players in this position.
Though the formation does not look strong defensively, do not be fooled. I went through a season with Real Madrid conceding just 17 goals and scoring 102, losing just one league game.
This tactic work wonders for teams playing on a higher level.With this
tactics, I have won European Cups countless times. European Player of year awards are hugely common. Mind you,the tactic deploys a 2 2 1 3 2 formation which is highly formidable.I have enclosed a list of players and staffs recommended for the tactics mentioned.
This is the best i have ever used in CM00/01. in my first game i took celtic 2 win the UFA cup beating Barcelona 2-0 also won every other cup and didn't lose any games in dat season. in my other game i won da CL with Rusten & Diamonds.
