Download Face Packs from
Cmskins.com (you will need to register. It's quick)
When you have downloaded the facepacks create the file path below then extract them to the players folder
The next time you play the game the face packs you have downloaded
C:/Program Files/Eidos Interactive/CM4/data/graphics/pictures/players
will be visible to the right of the players name on the top title bar.
