Download Club Backgrounds from CM Skins (you will need to register. It's quick)

When you have downloaded the backgrounds extract them to your CM4 folder
C:/Program Files/Eidos Interactive/CM4/data/graphics/backgrounds/clubs

MAKE SURE THE FOLDER YOU CREATE IS SPELT HOW THE CLUB NAME APPEARS IN CM4.
i.e Blackburn Rovers are just Blackburn in CM4

You can also add player and stadium backgrounds.

Just add your pictures to a folder named after the player or stadium and add Player backgrounds to
C:/Program Files/Eidos Interactive/CM4/data/graphics/backgrounds/players

Stadium backgrounds to
C:/Program Files/Eidos Interactive/CM4/data/graphics/backgrounds/stadiums

Once again make sure you have spelt the folder name how the player/stadium
appears in CM4.

To activate background changes make sure you tick the 'change backgrounds' box
in the game settings option BEFORE starting a new game or loading a saved game.
