Our Easter Activities: ~Easter at Grandmas~

With my grandmother being very sick, basically on her way to heaven, it was decided it was best that the family gather at her house this Easter. My grandma lives with one of my aunts and uncle. My parents, and two more of my aunts came for dinner , as well as my cousin and his wife were there, too.

This is my grandma with all four of her daughters. From left to right this is: Juanita (oldest), Barbara (youngest), Grandma (needless to say), Frances (aka "Curl", 2nd born), and Betty (my mother, 3rd born).

All in all, we had a really good Easter. I enjoyed the time spent with Jackson, for I know there will be a day where he will not be interested in doing all this "fun stuff". Also, it will be only a short while now, that it will not be just me and him. So while we do have 2 children, Jackson is still an 'only child' when it comes to some things now....but one day, that, too, will come to an end. So for now, I am enjoying every moment I can with him, and cherishing his innocence and simplicity.
