On Friday, June 24 2005 at Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana (duh,...) there's gonna be a gathering type thing for everyone who wants to come. There is a scavenger hunt that is going to be the focus of the whole day and the bigger the hunting packs, the better!! Feel free to start setting up groups of your own, anywhere from 2-6 people may be used in a group. Feel free to drag along your boyfriend/girlfriend and heck, bring along that chick/dude you've got on the side too! If you wanna sign up, just like, e-mail Meghan at [email protected] with the names of the people in your group or if ya haven't got a group, just tell me your name and when we get to Holiday World we'll find you a group. Depending on how many people participate, there may be anywhere from 2-5 groups running about!! There will be a prize/ prizes/ SOMETHING awarded to the winning team. The way you win is to do or collect everything on the list and put them in a backpack or ya know, just carry them to our assigned meeting place. Whoever collects all of the correct stuff in the alloted time or you know, who ever gets it the fastest if it takes longer than the time period wins. The list will have anywhere from 20-45 things to do/get on it and it should take a while... Maybe an hour or two. I will not be publishing the list until Friday to avoid scheming and the planting of items by friendly employees around the park. All people who are outside of the group that are going to be used in the completion of the list must be unknown or if you know everyone that's gonna be helping... who cares??? It wont make a difference anyway!
If you are going to come, here's a list of some things you may want to bring:
1. Wear clothes to avoid being thrown from the park or possibly not even being let in
2. Wear your shoes too... Unless you go in Splashin' Saffari the whole time which will be impossible so yup, wear shoes...
3. bring a back pack and if you've got one or know someone who does, a digital camera or camcorder with a screen to prove that you saw or did something
4. bring yourself, it'll be more fun that way!!
