Blaster Proficiency is a great interupt for the light side ground deck. With blasters seeing more use due to the Enhanced Premiere Characters, and effects and interups such as Aim High, and Slight Weapons Malfunction it is becoming an even more valuable card. It is a Unique Used or Lost interupt with a destiny of 2. The destiny isn't too great, but the rest of the card is. With the used function you can add 3 to the weapon destiny draw for any gun that is a blaster. Thats pretty good, really helpful when your trying to hit Vader, but the lost functon is where this card really shines! By losing one force you can cause any just hit character to be immediately lost! Just hit Vader with a lightsaber and make him immediately lost using blaster proficiency.
