Neshaminy Bussiness Interplex- Located on Route 1 south across from SUDS and the Neshaminy Inn.
Because I just found out about this spot I'm not possitive of all it has to offer. From what we found there was a gap in a vacant buildings parking lot with a height and lenght of four feet. The landing is smooth and is under a little parking garage type roof. There was also a low handrail down four at another one of the buildings. The interplex is pretty big so I don't know how to explain where in it these spots are located. So just go and look for it yourself.
