CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 


1 - 8 oz pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1 - 12 oz. can corned beef diced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese diced
1 can cream of chicken soup 10-3/4 oz
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except crumbs in a buttered 2 quart casserole. 
Top with crumbs. Back at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 8.

OVEN BARBECUED BRISKET


6 to 8 lb. brisket with all possible fat removed
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1-1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. instant chopped or minced onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small bay leaf

Brown brisket in oil - remove from pan. 
In same pan, simmer remaining ingredients 5 minutes. 
Place brisket on heavy duty aluminum foil, pour sauce on top. 
Close aluminum securely. 
Bake at 350 for 2 hours. Open foil and bake 1/2 hour longer. 
Serves 10-12.
