round-robin tournament. Three other teams will play, and each team will play every other team once, for a total of six games during the day. Currently, Illinois accepted an invitation, and other teams are pending.

"A lot of people haven't seen water polo, so this is a great chance for them to watch our games," said captain Joshua Cole. "It will be great for us, too, because I love playing polo and there are few tournaments in the winter in spring, since our season is in the fall.

"This is a good fundraiser, and this will also give us more focus on off-season training so we can be ready in the fall."

Women
On March 14-16, Northwestern's women's team will have its annual Wilcat Invitational. At last year's tournament, Northwestern finished second out of eight teams.
