Welcome to Club Mom.  I hope you enjoyed the summer as much as I did.  We are gearing up for a new year of activities.  Please let us know if there is something special you are interested in trying.   We have a lot of fun trying new things-- and can usually find someone to teach just about anything! 

3/4" or 1" diameter dowel or broomstick
Colored duct tape
Thin and thick rubber bands
Assorted ribbons
Assorted noisemakers

Wrap stick with duct tape. Tie groups of similar noisemakers together with rubber bands that have been cut open.  Wrap large rubber bands around the stick at various locations.  Tie the grouped noisemakers to the large bands.  Decorate the stick with the ribbons.
