Directions/Comments: Pour the dry sherry into a mixing glass, add the vermouth, stir and strain into the glass. Add a dash of orange bitters. To garnish, add a twist of orange peel.

Agent Orange 1

- 1 oz Yukon Jack
- 1 oz Jim Beam Whiskey
- 1 oz Apple Schnapps
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Light Rum

Directions/Comments: Combine ingredients in mixing canister with one scoop ice. Shake and strain into Hurricane glass. Orange and cherry garnish. General rule: if it tastes like punch, it'll put you to the floor...This definitely will put you to the floor, and perhaps in the bathroom the next day.

Agent Orange 2

- 1 oz Vodka (100-proof)
- 1 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 2 oz Sour Mix
- 8 oz Orange Soda

Directions/Comments: Combine vodka, triple sec, and sour mix. Pour into a glass with ice. Fill glass with orange soda. Stir. Go easy on these, as they sneak up on you. I've never seen anyone drink more than two of these in one night.

Alabama Slammer

-1/2 oz Southern Comfort
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz Sloe Gin
- 1 splash(es) Lemon Juice

Directions/Comments: Mix alcohols and add a splash of lemon juice.

Directions/Comments: Fill highball glass with ice. Pour Malibu and Lime, grenadine for color, top with 7-up (or Sprite), Shake and Serve. Excellent girl drink!

Americano 2

Directions/Comments: Stir together.

Amsterdam Red Light

-1 splash(es) Campari
- 1 part(s) Jenever (young)
- 3 part(s) Sweet Spanish Red Wine
- 1 handful(s) Crushed Ice
- 2 - Red Cherries

Directions/Comments: Put 1 splash of Campari in a shaker, then add the Dutch jenever and the sweet wine. Shake well and pour in a glass. Spread the crushed ice over it and finish it with two cherries. It is a red delight!!

Angel Cocktail

-1 1/2 oz Stoli Raspberry Vodka
- 1/2 oz Chambord
- 3 wedge(s) Lemon
- 2 package(s) Sugar or Sweet & Low
- 2-3 oz Sweet and Sour
- 1 splash(es) Sprite

Directions/Comments: Fill pint glass with ice. Squeeze lemon wedges into glass along with packets of sugar. Pour Sstoli raspberry and Chambord into glass. Pour half amount of sweet and sour and shake drink vigorously. Complete drink by pouring remainder of sweet and sour and a splash of sprite!!! Smooth as silk!!

- 1 oz Whipping Cream
- 1 scoop(s) Ice

Directions/Comments: Fill collins glass with ice. Mix vodka, tequila, malibu and all juices in mixing tin. Pour over ice. Add dash of grenadine. Float 1 inch of whipping cream to top of the glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry. It is essential that the sensitivity of the cream is correct to create the desired effect.
