- A very finely ground sugar
often used in baking.

- Dehydrated fresh brewed
coffee, usually sold in granulated form. You just have to add water to obtain
a coffee beverage.
- Instant Hot Chocolate Mix
- A powder that helps you
make hot chocolate with either just hot water or hot milk.

- A smooth, creamy, light
brown liqueur with a whiskey base.
- Irish Mist
- A liqueur with a whiskey
base and flavoured with honey and herbs. 35 per cent alcohol by volume.
- Irish Whiskey
- A whiskey made from malted
cereals, barley, water and yeast. It is passed through the still 3 times
(therefore has a high alcohol level), blended and aged minimum 5 years in used
Sherry casks.

- A brand of soft drinks sold
in the UK.
- Isolabella
- A tangerine liqueur made in
Italy.
- Italian Dry Vermouth
- A type of vermouth produced
in Italy (see Vermouth). It is usually a bit sweeter than the French vermouth.

- A type of sweet vermouth
produced in Italy (see Vermouth).
