My Fish Tank
My fish tank is approximatley 125 gallons and is home to 7 fish. That number used to be 8 but my oldest green severum just died recently. I had him for about nine years. My tank set up is pretty simple and is easy to maintain, it just took a little bit of money to get me there, but it was worth it. I have a sand gravel as the bottom and do not use an undergravel filter because I run a wet dry unit on the tank. The reason I did this was because of the tank size and also because of the maintenance. Add to this the fact that the green severum loves to dig and would render an undergravel filter useless. Below are pictures of what I have in my tank.
I do water changes about once every month. The fluval and the wet dry keep the tank fairly clean and healthy. Water changes take me about 1 hour to do. I change about 20 gallons of the water and add my stress coat and salt to the water when I put fresh back in. I use salt in the tank because it tends to keep the fish healthy, keep algea down, and alos, my puffer loves it.
The tank sits at my mom's house because I cannot move it to my present location and do not want to risk moving it and having the eel die on me. My mom loves the tank and so this is where it stays for now.

I plan to add more pictures of my other tanks very soon as well as tanks that I have helped my friends set up.
