Ramon "Hansel" Santiago - Convention Director

Ram�n Santiago starts his career in the world of entertainment as a magician for birthday's parties in 1998. Through time he developed two characters:"Ichin Pelin" (Aguste) and "Moncho" (Lite Aguste). His specialty is Comedy magic and his way of describing this is with the term: "Payamago" (clown-magician).Hansel has been working on TV programs, circus and theaters.

Rosa Banchs "Titi Lulu" - Public Relations, Creative Director



Clown with 25 years of experience. In 1996 she won First place at the COAI Int'l Convention celebrated in PR with her unique bag lady, "Nanny". She is a pioneer as a clown dealer in PR & other countries. Her specialty is Make Up design & Face Painting. Had her own TV shows, theater & stage presentations in her native PR, Spain, Dominican Republic & US. She does storytelling, sings & has her CD: "Yo soy Titi Lul�"

Luis "Librin" Casiano - Treasurer

Clown with specialty of �Arlequ�n� (Classic White Face) for 16years. His work as a librarian and his goal to teach to children the love for reading took him to create his character:�Librin� (Comedy WhiteFace) he is the store teller in some libraries.Winner of multiple awards, international and nationals, in make-up and costumes, comedy and all around. His specialty is �la comedia sublime� (comedy).

Angel "Jobolin" Morales - VP Latin Countries, COAI Competition Director

Angel Morales has been Clown since 1977 he started out as KASI LARGO translate into Spanish means (Almost Tall) relates to his height 6ft tall, kasi Largo portrayed a happy hobo, When he Joined COAI in 1984 he changed his character and started out as an Toni (Auguste) clown. Angel has been involved with many local and national conventions within Puerto Rico and attended International festivals and convention in Dominican Republic. He worked in TV programs/shows and done an abundant amount of voluntary charity work for Non-profit organization throughout his entire clowning career.
