The Phantasm (above) is killing off all former mob bosses in Gotham City, and the public thinks that Batman himself is killing them instead. Voice by Stacy Keach
Kevin Conroy reprises his voice role as the Caped Crusader and Bruce Wayne. In this film, Batman has to overcome being framed for murder.
What can I say on this one but...WOW! This animated film is more true to the Myth of Batman than I've ever seen! It's a wonderful showing of the Dark Knight as he should be. Anyways, on with the review:

CAST: NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER! Kevin Conroy is the definitive voice of Batman. Dana Delaney (who later voiced Lois Lane in Superman: The Animated Series) did very well as Andrea Beaumont, and sounding sad and angry at the end of the film. And of course, Mark Hamill is the best voice of the Joker anybody could hope for. In October, he will voice a live-action Joker in the Pilot episode of a Batman-Based TV show called Birds of Prey. Five out of Five Stars.

STORY: Unbelieveable. And I mean that in a good way. This story is very well written. Kudos to Paul Dini and Alan Burnett! Five out of Five stars.

DIRECTORS: Nobody could have asked for better ones. They did a great job of getting this film off the ground. Five out of Five stars.

OVERALL SCORE
                           FIVE STARS

This could quite possibly be my favorite Bat-film ever.
