          coordinating community events, and serving as assistant to the 17th AF
          Commander;

          Received the 601st TCW Smiling Tiger Award, the 17th Air Force Pegasus Award,
          and the Air Force Commendation Medal for Community Service; was the first
          woman, and only the eighth American, to receive the Honorary Baroness Von
          Heuberg Award for public service to the German Community of Sembach, Rhein-
          pfalz, West Germany.

  
C. Louis Enterprises, Inc., a marketing,  management, and organizational consulting practice, November 1980 to January 2000 (full time) and January 2000 to present (part-time); owner/consultant:

          Perform marketing, management, and organizational consulting projects for
          small- to medium-sized businesses and not-for-profits, with specialties in small
          family businesses and in teaching not-for-profit organizations how to operate as if
          they are for-profit;

          Wrote the Living At Home program model for the Council on Aging of the Greater
          Cincinnati Area, which has become the standard for inter-agency cooperation to
          facilitate program service delivery and prevent duplication of services to the elderly
          throughout the US and Canada;

          Under the auspices of the Better Housing League of Greater Cincinnati, formed
          the Housing for Older Americans Coalition, Supported Housing  Managers'
          Association, and Women's Housing Coalition; served as BHL's Tenant-Landlord
          and Elder Housing Specialist;

          Performed admissions, marketing, and regulatory compliance studies for a number
          of Continuum of Care and retirement facilities, including Health Care and
          Retirement Systems, Ohio Presbyterian Homes, and Parke Care Systems;

          Wrote and submitted over 100 successful grant proposals which garnered from
          $5,000 to $1.5 million each, on behalf of over 60 social service agencies;

          Conducted market potential studies, customer satisfaction surveys, and competitive
          market research; facilitated consumer focus groups, and compiled and interpreted
          qualitative and quantitative market data for over 40 companies and over 15 social
          service agencies;

          Conducted process analyses, including ISO 9000 pre-qualification evaluations with
          Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies for over 20
           small manufacturing concerns and nearly 10 service companies;

          Assisted  over 100 client companies in development of policies and procedures,
          sales and customer service training, information management systems, and
          accountability systems for funds, materials, and employee performance. 

Some recent clients include:

Sunrock Farm, Inc., an informal outdoor education center which provides fun, hands-on learning experiences in farm science, natural history, arts and humanities, and environmental science, for kids ages 2 to 102.  The Friends of Sunrock Farm raise funds to provide low- or no-cost entrance fees for disadvantaged children and seniors:

           > Developed and implemented a customized comprehensive revolving grants
              research system;
           > Discovered and developed over forty new foundation and corporate sources of
              grant funds;
           > Garnered over $30,000 in grants in four months, one of which the funder had
              previously denied just one month prior to tenure.
 
Nu-Blend Paints, Inc., a community service organization located in the Over-The-Rhine historic district of downtown Cincinnati, which diverts latex paints from waste streams and reblends them into premium paints, primers, and stains, and in the process, trains disadvantaged persons to work in a manufacturing setting and/or as painting contractors:

           > Performed a comprehensive administrative reorganization, including designing
              and implementing workable accounting systems for payroll, production, sales,
              and inventory;
           > Performed an audit of all Human Resources systems to insure compliance with all
              federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
           > Designed and implemented a regional promotions and public relations program,
              featuring outreach to "green" building cities and states;
           > Garnered over $50,000 in corporate grants in three months while establishing a
              customized revolving grants research system.

Robin's Hood CommUnity Center, a community service organization providing educational and recreational programs, a food pantry, a non-food essentials, clothing, and home furnishings bank, and a winter warming center for the homeless in Covington, Kentucky:

           > Performed a comprehensive administrative reorganization, including designing
              and implementing workable accounting systems for volunteer recruitment and
              tracking, sales and inventory, and in-kind donations;
           > Designed and implemented a city-wide promotions and public relations
              campaign which garnered over $5,000 in donations in small gifts from individual
              donors, and over $10,000 in in-kind donations for the food and clothing bank.

The Lightsong Group
, a community service organization providing eco-technology educational and recreational programs throughout South-Central Kentucky and North-Central Tennessee:

           > Designed and implemented a regional promotions and public relations program,
              including interactive website development and maintenance;
           > Organized and co-coordinated over 50 community events, including multi-day
              seminars, single-day workshops, and booth sponsorships at various events;
           > Implemented, and still maintain, a comprehensive administration system for
              accounting of volunteers, income/outgo, events management, and grants
              research, writing, and administration.

LifeSkills, Inc., a community mental health organization serving the Barren River Area  Development District of South-Central Kentucky, acting from February 2000 through July 2002 as Supported Housing Manager:

           > Managed a departmental budget in excess of $2.5 million, personally securing
              additional revenues during tenure in excess of $1.5 million;
           > Increased Supported Housing departmental service delivery in the homeless
              programs by 600% within the first 12 months, and expanded overall program
              service delivery, which had been limited to Warren County only, to include all ten
              of the BRADD counties;
           > Administered, including researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals,
              supervising the daily operations, and compiling data for and reporting on the
              performance of a  variety of supported  housing  programs which benefit low-
              income special needs populations, including Shelter Plus Care, HOME, HOPWA,
              and CDBG;
           > Developed and implemented a successful Repair Affair project, including
              development and maintenance of the 250+ page website for the events, which
              garnered $7,000+ for each of the ten BRADD counties, to organize county-wide
              all-volunteer events to perform home repairs for low-income elderly and disabled
              homeowners;
           > Formed partnerships with various other social service agencies in the ten BRADD
              counties to encourage inter-agency cooperation, and to prevent duplication of
              services.
