After the dreadful ambush on his flagship, Khyron decided, the ship (and his august person) was too valuable to be risked so easily again.  He therefore ordered his tech priests to make a ship which could escort the Voice of Chaos at all times.  The Bulwark class is a heavily modified Ravage class hull and has added sensors and detection equipment.  The lance turrets were modified with more turrets with less power dotting the sides, gaining more range and redundancy.  Before and aft of the bridge, two fleet defence turrets were mounted to enable these vessels to protect the ship they are guarding from ordnance attacks.  Three of these are already in service, with at least one usually serving with the Voice.  The third either undergoes maintenance or serves as convoy flagship for vital supply transports.  Though well armed, they stand little chance when facing a more combat oriented cruiser and Khyron looks for a smaller vessel to fulfil the fleet-defense role.
