Hotel rooms are usually available at a discounted rate. After registering we will send you an invitation containing the event details. The name of the hotel, number for room reservations and the pricing will be in the invitation.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE - WE'VE NEVER BEEN TO ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE?

You are not alone - you will most likely meet others that have never been to this type of an event before. There are a few tips we would like to give to newcomers. First, relax and have a good time. Everyone came for this reason - remember that. Second, socialize and ask questions of others. People who attend these parties are very friendly. Last, and most important, know your limits and the limits of those you came with. If you don't want to do something say, "no thank you", this is the accepted way to turn someone down politely. The people at these parties are not generally pushy people, and they were all once first-timers as well.
