WHO MAY ATTEND CLOUD 9 - Couples and single women who have pre-registered will be admitted. For our puposes two men entering together is not considered a couple.

RULES OF THE HOUSE

1.) DRESS CODE - No tank tops, t-shirts (excluding dress), tennis shoes, torn jeans, hats, or sweatshirts are allowed. Anyone wearing these items will be asked to change prior to admittance. If a theme is announced for the event, dressing accordingly is encouraged. Very sexy yet tasteful attire is always recommended.

2.) RESPECT - Treat everyone at Cloud 9 with respect and consideration. Discretion is important to all attendees.

3.) NUDITY - Nudity is not allowed in the nightclub or in any public areas.

4.) BEHAVIOR - While socializing is encouraged, pushy behavior will not be tolerated.

5.) NO THANK YOU - This is all it should take to let someone know you are not interested in something they are suggesting. If someone says "no thanks", please respect their wishes.

6.) RECORDING DEVICES - Cameras, video cameras, tape recorders or recording devices of any kind are not permitted.

7.) RIGHT OF REFUSAL - We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without cause or explanation. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave should they become obnoxious, unruly or engage in any illegal acts.
