How many inches IS that?! (the snow, you sicko!) |
Lucky number 13... |

Above: The yard was completely incognito. Right: I wasn't about to leave the warm house, but I did see this much from the front door. Can you see the sagging power line hanging across our yard? It looked like it was ready to snap. It wasn't ours though--belonged to Grumpy Neighbor. We never lost power. Yay! |

Left: Chris braves the cold to take some outdoor photos in the morning. Here is our back porch. It had begun to rain a little, so you can see the dripping effect here and there, but when the rain had stopped, we had only lost a couple inches, and were still under 10+ inches of Snow Day snow! |

If you ignore the disgusting shed, you can appreciate the beautiful picture Chris took of our apple tree! |

Again, this was after the rain had diminished some of the snow (my back window is clean), but there was no going anywhere, as you can see from the next picture... |

Our Grumpy Neighbor tried to get to work this morning, and it didn't quite pan out. The roads were terribly slippery, and he ended up in the ditch across the street, almost hitting our mailboxes. Guess he took a Snow Day after all, too. |
