Here are all the items that just don't fit any where else on the site yet. At the moment the list consists of umbrellas and other accoutrements but I am sure that I will be adding more items on over the next few months....

Description

Period

Powder compact in silver coloured metal with a geometric pattern covering the lid in brown, orange and silver. The back is dark brown with a pattern of silver rose motifs stamped regularly across it. Fastening is two silver coloured oval shapes set at an angles to each other (like on shoe polish). The original powder and pads are still inside. 1970s

Summer parasol in a pattern of yellow and brown swirly flowers, opening up into a pagoda shape. Dark brown plastic handle, end broken off. Label rubbed off - reads 'xxxeigh'.

White plastic belt for dress with pattern of roses, leaves and dandelion heads in red, green and yellow, and large matching buckle at front. Pink coloured plastic on inner side of belt.  1950s
Man's tie in green suede. Straight edge to bottom of tie with small fringing cut. Two round celtic patterns cut into front of tie, and thin strip of suede in same colour woven vertically through centre of tie and in-between the celtic patterns.  1960s

Umbrella in leaf green material with dark green plastic tip and 'mother of pearl' style curved green handle. Green woven wrist handle attached. No label.
