All right, I've got some non-Closure news to report: Seventh Ring broke up a few weeks ago for a number of reasons. Alex, my friend and their lead guitarist, told me that he's gotten together with some members of the old band he was in, Mind Fluid, and has started a new band. I don't remember if he told me their name... either way, if they get a webpage up I'll be sure to put the link up. I think I'll keep the Seventh Ring one there as long as that site stays up as a kind of testament... hehe. Anyways, it was an awesome run with Seventh Ring and I hope to make it out to one of their shows this time!
Ok, back to the subject. I know how on the mp3's page a WHILE back I said that I would get some songs from our live recording at a Sad Cafe show on there. Unfortunately, due to me being an idiot basically, that's just out of the question now. So basically we're left here in a rut with no recordings at least semi-recent to post up on the site. There's a ray of hope though -- Closure has two very distinct recording possibilities in their future. We've been talking with a band we know that has recording equipment and has used it with some other bands to maybe lay down some tracks with them, and also my buddy Alex, who did the recording/mixing on the last Seventh Ring album has put up an offer as well. Whichever offer we choose to take, though, you can be sure we'll tell you about it!

SHOW UPDATE - Closure just scored another show at the Sad Cafe on Oct. 12th. Visit The Sad Cafe for details and info. $7 at the door. Speaking of TSC, Matty N is gonna do some solo work up there THIS SUNDAY, 9/29, at 4 pm. Closure is also in process of a date at drifters. Hope to see you on the 12th, Peace. Matty N |

Pretty quiet on the gigs, so Closure is looking around for some. We are just awaiting confirmation to "The Sad Cafe", The Worcester Palladium, 'Drifters', and "Trance Buddha". We also are talking with the Upperhand in setting up another show or 2. Hopefully some dates will be comming in soon. Peace Matty N |

A little bit of news in the Concert department. Closure was supposed to be playing october 19th, at the Palladium, but i guess there were way too many bands, and they are in the process of making another show. Lets just say Closure got the shaft end of it, and will be called back when a new date is made. Nothing else too new, Closure is in the process with booking the sad cafe, and possibly drifters.
