Wrapping up the year, Closure is in the studio FINALLY!!! The longly awaited Professionally recorded CD is now on its way. Its looking like it might be in hand for the Jan. 11 Sad Cafe show, which we will have more updates as the show nears. The CD includes all the songs Closure has done so far, other than our smashing hit 'Helpless Teens' (all who heard it know what I'm talking about).
In other news, it looks like The Upper Hand has split apart, good luck to those guys. The church show last week was a dissapointment. Tough when your a rock band at a punk show, but hell, thats what its all about, right? That about wraps it up, Hope to see you all at are hopefull CD release party at the sad cafe (thesadcafe.com) on Jan. 11. Leave an email if you wanna go, but cant get transportation....we can work ot out. Later

Hey there, Closure-ites. Closure-itans? Closure-oos? Hmmm, I suppose you can't do much with that. Let me start over: Hey there, everyone. Sorry that not many new things have been happening on this site as of late; I'll take the blame for that. Anyways, to get to the point of this post, I do have some big news to announce regarding a new recording. Yes, an actual "studio" recording. My buddy, Alex Hatziyannis, has graciously offerred to record an 8 or so song CD (isn't that horrible that I don't know exactly how many songs we have?) over Christmas break. We've been talking about it for a month or so, but I figured I'd wait until now to come out with it just in case we ended up not doing it or something. Well, that's that. I'll put up some more info as soon as I can.
Also, flyers for the gig this saturday at St. Johns should be up around the school tomorrow, and Matty will put the details up here soon. Until then,

We have our next show in our "church's of america" tour (haha, dont it seem that way?), at St. Johns Church in Chelmsford. It should be an awesome show, with Fake ID, Lucky Caderra, The Upper Hand, and others. We are working on a new cover as well as finnishing touches on our newest 'vanishing point'.The show will be on Sat, DEC. 21. Hope you can all come out can check out the show. Later. Matty N |
