Rahm Emanuel, 48, taking
the oath of office in 2003. He has been a strong,
effective voice for Chicago in Congress. At the beginning of
his second term, Emanuel received an assignment to serve on
the House Ways and Means Committee, which oversees taxes,
trade, Social Security, and Medicare issues. Additionally,
Emanuel was appointed by then House Minority Leader Nancy
Pelosi to serve as Chairman of the Democratic Congressional
Campaign Committee.
Under his
leadership, the DCCC expanded the Democratic Party’s
reach in every region of the country. Democrats gained 30
seats in the House and ushered in a new Democratic majority in
the House of Representatives.
In January of 2007, the new
majority elected Emanuel to serve as Democratic Caucus Chair,
the 4th highest ranking Member of the House Democratic
Leadership.

On those two photos above, after House Speaker
Nancy Pelosi signed the $700 billion financial bailout bill on 3 October
2008, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Rahm Emanuel also included
in the photos.
As far as I know, the name of Rahm rarely
found in the U.S., compared to other more familiar names like John,
Robert, George, Paul and so on. So I think the appearance of Rahm Emanuel
is a part of God's signs toward myself related with my relationship with
Rahma Sarita.
His last name Emanuel reminds me with my aunt
Emma who still alive after his husband, my uncle Zainoel or usually called
"Noel", died several years ago.
So I think the appearance of Rahm Emanuel in
U.S. Congress, now in the position of the House Democratic Caucus Chairman, is some kind of a
sign from God that in my would-be marriage with Rahma Sarita, the more
possibility of die would be on myself, not in Rahma Sarita. And I
will accept such destiny, as it is in accordance with my consent to move to the
eternity.

Reliance, DreamWorks to start new
venture by January: source

NEW DELHI (AFP) - A joint
venture between India's Reliance ADA Group and
Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks studio will start up by
January and make up to 35 movies over five years, a source
close to the Indian company said Friday.
Indian billionaire
industrialist Anil Ambani met with Spielberg
in Los Angeles late Thursday to finalise details of the
new film company which will be headed by current
Dreamworks chief executive Stacey Snider, the source said.
Snider was chairman of Universal Studios until 2006.
"The 50:50 joint venture,
which will target global audiences, will be launched by
January 2009 and will produce 30 to 35 films over the next
five years, the source said, |
|
valuing the deal at 1.5
billion dollars.
"The two sides still have to
wrap up the modalities, the exact quantum of the finance,
the exact number of movies... but the deal is happening,"
he said.
Ambani, ranked the world's
sixth richest man by Forbes, has been steadily building an
entertainment presence after a highly publicised breakup
with his elder brother Mukesh in 2005, in which the two
carved up the Reliance empire.
In 2005, the group bought
Adlabs Films, one of India's biggest entertainment
companies, whose interests span film production to digital
cinema.
It also recently acquired
250 screens in the United States and 51 screens in
Malaysia. |

Early October 2008 came the news about
joint venture between Steven Spielberg with Anil Ambani from Reliance
ADA, India. For me it becomes like Steven Spielberg inspired by my
plan of land journey with Rahma in accordance with my consent to move
out to the eternity, because Reliance is like the word "Rally" in
automobile sport.
