To find out who your Health Visitor is, please contact your family doctor or University Health Service. . Schools If your children are between the ages of 5 and 16 and you are here for 6 months or more, the Local Education Authority (LEA) will provide a place for them free of charge in a school near your place of residence. Those which are free are known as Foundation schools. Schools give priority to children from their local area, which is decided by the Education Authority (or the Foundation school). |
