Each Seeker is expected to attend all sessions, and to worship regularly on Sundays. singing in the Choir, participating in the Servers Guild, volunteering as a Church School assistant, a Reader or a Greeter) is the norm for both years of the program. In the second year, Seekers will also explore some form of service in the wider community. The curriculum covers such diverse topics as relationships, communication and peer pressure, while also providing opportunities for a more in-depth look at the traditional Christian education topics of scripture study and prayer. We meet monthly, for a meal, some service to others, and an opportunity to just spend time together.
There are already plans for another Holiday club next year - probably during the first full week of the summer holidays. . A short service for children up to age 4 and their parents, grandparents and carers, followed by drinks, biscuits and toys or craft. The church has a disabled loo and a kitchen for warming bottles if required. Older brothers and sisters welcome in the holidays.
