This announcement is an example of how this government is prioritizing its spending so that it can better serve Canadians by making efficient use of their tax dollars. . Experience Canada, coordinated by the Council for Canadian Unity, will match 1500 young people with Canadian businesses providing work experience in the first two years of the program. The program is designed to provide work internships for 18-29 year olds as they make the transition to the world of work. It will take young people to the workplace, matching high school students as well as unemployed college and university students and graduates with jobs openings across the country.
. Hofstetter National Director Jim is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite College with degrees in Social Work and Sociology. His graduate school experience has been at The Ohio State University in Public Administration. Hofstetter has over 20 years experience working in the non-profit arena, specifically with youth. Most recently he ran a camp for inner-city youth in Columbus, Ohio.
Join these two fun-loving musicians as they show you a string or two in this fascinating, up-close demonstration of how musical instruments work, how they sound, and how they join together to make music. Unexpected references to the everyday arise through an articulate and uncanny physicality. Offering a program with live music, spoken word, and original art, dances share a ride of common experience. All performances are at the Charlottesville Performing Arts Center at Charlottesville High School. All seats are reserved and tickets are available 2 weeks before each performance at Whimsies in the North Wing-Barracks Road Shopping Center, ACAC on Rt 29 in the Albemarle Square Shopping Center and at the door one hour before the performance.

Funding and support for CCA's Youth Experience International program is made available from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) as part of the Government of Canada's Youth Employment Strategy. The goal of the program is to assist young people in the transition from post secondary education to long-term employment. This experience will enable young people to gain much needed work experience while learning about a new culture.
