ANSI-ISO PASCAL ANSI-ISO STANDARD PASCAL INFORMATION PAGE This page contains various information about the standard versions of Pascal as stated by the ISO and ANSI organizations (other standards organizations also exist). Also below are several references to other sites of interest to standard Pascal in one form or another. The ANSI and ISO Pascal standards are unique in that they did not seek to remake the existing Pascal language as defined by Niklaus Wirth. Instead, they simply defined Wirth's Pascal in a more formal form, and eliminated the abiguities of the original language. The first ANSI and ISO standards essentially ARE the original language.
Turbo Pascal Programming Page Contains links to a Pascal tutorial, source code, related Web sites, and chat area. . The language is named after Blaise Pascal, a seventeenth-century French mathematician who constructed one of the first mechanical adding machines. Pascal is best known for its affinity to structured programming techniques. The nature of the language forces programmers to design programs methodically and carefully.
It describes Standard Pascal, which constiutes a common base between various implementations of the language. . The User Manual is directed to those who have some familiarity with computer programming, and who wish to get acquainted with the language Pascal. The style of the User Manual is that of a tutorial and many examples are included to demonstrate the various features of Pascal. Summarizing tables and syntax specifications are among the Appendices.
Lot's of TP stuff like Source codes, Learn Pascal Page, Pascal Links and the Pascal Help. Page where you can ask questions about your pascal problems. This is my way to connect with other programmers to exchange programs and information about the computer language Turbo Pascal. The sources and examples on the different pages are ready-made for Turbo Pascal version 6. .
