The Santa Cruz Blues Festival would like to thank everyone who attended this year's event, for making it another successful event. Saturday's highlights included Hamilton Loomis' crowd-pleasing antics and down-and-out boogie set; Tinsley Ellis' rocket-fuel guitar playing ; and of course, headliner Jonny Lang's show-stopping performance that left the crowd screaming for more. Sunday the Delgado Brothers and Chris Cain raised the temperature in Aptos with their rollicking, good-times blues and Sista Monica, got everyone on their feet with a lioness' roar heard throughout the park. But the day was complete when Keb Mo brought the festival to a satisfied close, leaving Blues Festival fans humming all the way home.
