All normal tools plus what ever is needed for the task at hand.
Go to ritual space and stand in its center.
Put bare hands and feet to the ground(or floor)and center.
Bring your self to the here and now with these words:
~*for the Irish say as you stay in touch with the ground �Land below me;�
then stand and with hands waist hight, move your hands from behide around to your front at belly level making a cup as your hands met �Sea surrounds me;�
Then move your arms to your sides, palms faceing out, lift your arms from your sides so your hands are above your head say, �Skys above me.�
Then you can countinue below after the (**) mark.*~
"Skys above me;
Earth below me;
Four winds around me
**Bring me to the here and the now.
Grounded in the earth so my spirit may sour!"
Now stand once more ~* with arms down*~ and begin to raise energy.
Pull it up from the earth and store it
until you feel you have enough
When you are almost there encode the energy with these words:

Now invoke the winds(have corner candles pre-lite)
~*Irish*~ Now blend the Triple realms (3 candles, set within the from of the Triple spiral at the ends of each spiral pre-lite)
~As you say the fallowing draw triple spirals or single spirals in the air or on the ground- up to you)
