I have set out to build a site that is purely about off roading. There isn't very much information about the subject here in America. I have found several German sites about trals driving (what the rest of the world calls off roading). Here in america we seem to be into simply going fast. I have found many pages about stadium trucks, touring cars and other forms of racing. But I can count the offroading wesites I've found on my fingers and toes.
I am out to change that with this site. I want to bring together existing off roaders and entice newbies into starting this dynamic side of RC driving. Our hobby is a little different than other forms of RC. 4x4 and trials arn't about going fast. Sometimes you may not go any faster than 5 mph.. Many off road specific trucks are incapable of reaching over 20 mph.. Their 4 wheel drive systems, agresive tires and soft suspension alow them to go places all other forms of RC wouldnt dream of.
