Here's how this works...
After each week's action, we will rank the teams in order of free agent priority. Everyone can put in their FA preferences, and the commissioner will hold them aside until Thursday Night. Thursday night, the Comissioner will reveal all free agent names, and they will be available to the teams who claimed them. The only exception would be if the team with first priority makes a claim, that will automatically be listed, then the second priority team, etc. We do this so that a bad team won't purposely claim a player to piss off a better team.

For multiple claims, please dictate the order in which you'd prefer the free agents. The player will go in priority order. (Your second choice, presuming your first had not been taken, may go to a lower priority team before coming back around to you.)

After Thursday night, any team may claim any unclaimed player on a first come, first serve basis. Kickoff of the first week's game resets the bid order process.
