Guam is an island in the Pacific Ocean located between the Philippines and Hawaii. It is the largest of the Marianas Islands and is northwest of the Marianas Trench, the deepest known ocean depth (-36,198 ft). Guam is about 30 miles long and varies from 4 to 12 miles wide. The island is surrounded by coral reefs and has mountains and volcanic formations. It also has cliffs and beaches which make up its coastline.

A US territory; the official language is English, and the local currency is the US Dollar. The island also abides by US laws. Somewhat similar to Hawaii in culture and climate, Guam is a hidden paradise. With its white sandy beaches, friendly people, and luxurious hotels; visitors are sure to enjoy their stay.
