1. The character you choose may be from any anime, manga, or game. It may also be from non-anime shows with a fantasy, science fiction, or supernatual theme.
2. The character you choose must be a villain or villainess at some point in the story, show, or game. Even if s/he turns good, or was good turned evil, s/he counts so long as s/he is evil.
3. You may not chose a character that someone has already chosen.
4. If you have a website, you must link (preferably using a banner) Wicked Is Fun! and/or Cliquesilver on your website.
