Clinton County 4x4 Club
Bylaws


Purpose:
To Promote the recreation and education of the four wheel drive sport. To get involved in the community and to volunteer our time for the benefit of our county, state, nation, and our planet.



Organization:
The club will be overseen by a board of directors. The governing body of the club. The board will set the schedule of meetings, events, fund raisers, and community projects. The Board of Directors will consist of a President, Vice President, and Treasurer. President will officiate over all club meetings and events. Vice President will officiate in the President's absents, and handle membership. Treasurer will be responsible for club funds, meeting minutes, and member roll call.



Membership:
All members must be 18 years of age. Members must own a four wheel drive.  Membership dues for one year are $45.00 from this amount IFWDA dues and UFWDA dues will be paid. The balance will be deposited into the club general fund. The yearly dues will cover all members of the household. Including childern and spouses. All members are required to attend 50% of all meetings and events to stay in good standing in the club. Good standing members have the right to vote on all topics brought to the floor.
