Missouri Governor Matt Blunt

(Why he supports Freedom's Frontier)

As research continues about the project, we are just now finding  minor news articles and half-hearted press releases popping up in our internet search engine research. One of the most recent articles found, revealed that the Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area's Board of Advisors is already complete. According to information found at the Infokwik.Com website, dated July 12, 2007 ,  the members of the advisory board are as follows:

Governor Matt Blunt, State of Missouri

To put things into perspective, there are 19 members on the Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area Board of Advisors. Of those 19 members, only 4 are from Missouri. This includes our sell-out governor.  With only 4 Missourian's on the advisory board, it is evident just whose side of the story will be told. Missourians can expect to hear that their ancestors fought against the Kansan's because they were evil , lawless slave-holders, wanting to expand slavery into Kansas. A far cry from the true reason's that Missourians fought, which was the invasion of their state, the plunder of their property, the murder of their relatives and the overthrow of their constitutionally elected state government.

In addition, another previously unknown fact has been discovered; On July 3'rd,2006  Missouri Governor Matt Blunt, very quietly signed and enacted executive order 06-24. This order creates the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission in Missouri and states that:

"WHEREAS, Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, was one of the Nation’s most prominent leaders, demonstrating true courage during the Civil War, one of the greatest crises in the Nation’s history; and

WHEREAS, born on February 12, 1809, Abraham Lincoln rose to the Presidency through a legacy of honesty, integrity, intelligence, and commitment to the United States; and

WHEREAS, with the belief that all men were created equal, Abraham Lincoln led the effort to free all slaves in the United States; and

WHEREAS, the Congress of the United States has created the “Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission” to study and recommend worthy federal activities to honor Abraham Lincoln in 2009, the year of his bicentennial; and

WHEREAS, it is most appropriate for the State of Missouri to plan and carry out its own bicentennial tributes to Abraham Lincoln, and to coordinate those activities with those of the federal Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MATT BLUNT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the Laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby establish a commission to be known as the “Missouri Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.” The Commission shall have the following duties:

  1. To study and recommend activities that may be carried out by the State of Missouri to honor Abraham Lincoln during the year of his bicentennial;

  2. To educate Missourians about the life of Abraham Lincoln, most especially his years of service as the 16th President of the United States;

  3. To assist local governments and organizations with planning, preparation, and grant applications for bicentennial events, programs and projects;

  4. To plan and implement worthy activities to commemorate the bicentennial year; and

  5. To coordinate federal, state and local bicentennial activities occurring in Missouri.

The Commission shall be composed of 10 members, as follows:

  1. Two members of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House. One member shall be appointed from each political party;

  2. Two members of the Senate, to be appointed by the President pro tempore of the Senate. One member shall be appointed from each political party;

  3. One member who is a Missouri designated representative to the federal Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission Governor’s Council, to be appointed by the Governor; and

  4. Five members with tourism, education, civil rights, economic development, historical or civic backgrounds, to be appointed by the Governor.

The Governor shall appoint one member from each political party to serve as co-chairs.

The “Missouri Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission” shall expire on December 31, 2009."

Is it a coincidence that Governor Blunt helped finish what Governor Holden started? Is it a coincidence that the flag pole at Higginsville Confederate Cemetery has been removed? That the flag pole that used to fly the 2'cd National Confederate Flag at Pilot Knob remains empty? That the Governors of Kansas and Missouri are conspiring together to get their "lion's share" of the $10,000,000 that Senator Brownback and former Senator "Chicken Jim" Talent helped appropriate for "re-education"? That Governor Blunt has created a commission that would honor Abraham Lincoln, the man that ordered the overthrow of Missouri's legitimate , elected Government, and installed a Marxist one in its place and describes Lincoln as ...

"one of the Nation’s most prominent leaders, demonstrating true courage during the Civil War, one of the greatest crises in the Nation’s history"

Abraham Lincoln created the crises in Missouri! He raped Missouri! He allowed and encouraged the looting of Missouri, the jailing of its citizens. Is it a coincidence that the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission expires in 2009, just as the Freedom's Frontier is getting started?

Perhaps not. Recent research conducted by St. Clair County, historian Gary Ayres, reveals that all of Governor Matt Blunt's ancestors were members of the pro-Union Home Guard. Ayres documents his research as follows:

"Matthew Roy Blunt (Current Governor)

Abraham and most of his family lived in Webster Co., MO.  Those that lived in Webster Co. served in the Union army.  Matt Blunts direct lineage were Yankees.

Abraham Blunt was with the Webster Co. Regt. Home Guards and 24th MO Regt. Inf.  This was his Great Great Great Grandfather.

James L. Blunt, was with the 14th MO Regt. Cav. Co F.and 24 MO Regt Cav. Co. B & G.  This was his Great Great Grandfather.

Alfred M Blunt served with the 16th MO Reft. Cav Co. D and was his Great Great Granduncle (James L. brother)

John C. serverd with the Webster Co. Regt. Home Guard and 24th MO Regt. Cav Co. F (This was also his Great Great Granduncle, James L brother.

So in short Matt Blunts paternal side were damn Yankees.

This information is certain and proven."

It appears that Governor Blunt is following in the family tradition. Fighting to kill the culture , heritage and freedom of Missouri while simultaneously selling the state out to outside (and foreign) interest. This information is certain and proven."

According to Jim Gray, a Historian and noted authority on the Pro-Union Missouri Home Guard:

"The Home Guard was closely related to and sometimes considered a part of the U.S. Reserve Corps and was a major component of the Federal forces fighting in Missouri. Despite the role it played, records relating to its service are sparse. Names of large numbers of units have been lost to history, many from a lack of knowledgeable record keeping; some, like the 36th, because if records had been kept they would have revealed the atrocities committed by Missouri raiders operating under the umbrella of governmental legitimacy. Missouri and Kansas was renowned for what came to be called “Jayhawkers” and “Redlegs”; murdering bands of irregular militia’s that often operated well outside accepted standards of warfare. It was Union units of that caliber; making war on civilians and non-combatants, that resulted in the retaliatory raid on Lawrence, Kansas by Confederate Partisan Rangers."

Missouri Governor Matt Blunt might very well have ulterior motives for wanting to eliminate Missouri's Southern heritage and change our state's culture. He has been very active in the Kansas City Inland Port project which has been linked to the NAFTA Super Highway.

The proposed NAFTA Super Highway corridor is to run straight up Interstate 35 on the Kansas / Missouri border area. There is big money in construction contracts and transport companies as well as tax revenue. Much money is being spent on I-35 construction projects in the Kansas City area alone. Kansas City is in the process of being made an "inland port", combining, rail, river, air and roadway shipping facilities for a pan-American Union. The customs area for this port is to be considered Mexican soil!

According to the Kansas City Smartport website...

"KANSAS CITY – Dec. 7, 2005 – Missouri Governor Matt Blunt and key economic leadership from Missouri, Kansas City SmartPort and Kansas City Southern traveled to Mexico this week to meet with Mexican President, Vicente Fox, as well as other key leadership in the country, to express their commitment to the Mexican Customs facility to be located in Kansas City. The facility would be the first of its kind on U.S. soil.

“My top priority is to create new jobs and investment in Missouri,” said Blunt. “Tapping into the global economy and solidifying our already strong trade relationship with Mexico are keys in achieving greater economic success for our state.”

The Mexican Customs facility, to be managed by KC SmartPort and located in the Central Business District in downtown Kansas City, would allow U.S companies shipping freight southbound to Mexico to clear goods in Kansas City, jump on to the NAFTA corridor and stroll through Mexico avoiding the delays and congestion at the border."

Note that Governor Blunt places emphasis on a global economy and admits openly that a "NAFTA Corridor" does exist despite the denials from the Whitehouse that it does not.

An official news-release from the Governor's office published Feb. 13, 2007 states that Governor Blunt and a Missouri delegation met with the new President of Mexico and emphasized the importance of a MEXICAN customs facility in the U.S. (Kansas City).
