When Did You First Hear of Glay? I first heard of Glay when I was in Montreal with my school's music department and Graeme wrote it on the board. When Were You First Introduced to Glay? After the Montreal trip I heard about Glay around the end of June. About June 29th or 30th of this year. How Where You Introduced to Glay? Geoff told me to download the song that he had been working on all day and it was Hishasi's solo with Pachabel's Cannon in the background. Who Introduced You? Geoff What Was the First Song You Listened To? Besides Hisashi's solo song, the first song I heard was 'Way Of Difference'. I really fell in love with it so I downloaded more and now have about 100 (which I know is still small). What Is Your Favourite Song? My Favourite Glay songs have to be: 'Itsuka', 'Fatsounds', 'Kimiga Mitsumeta Umi', 'Global Communication', 'Beloved', and 'Viva Viva Viva'. But my all time favourites are 'Hitohira No Jiyu' and 'Happiness'. Who is Your Favourite Member? Hisashi is my favourite member. Probably because he is so talented and I think he is the hottest ;) What First Drew You to Glay? I first liked Glay because of Teru's voice. I thought that it was awesome and I wanted to hear more by him. Why Do You Like Glay? I think Teru has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard, Hisashi is the most amazing guitar player in my mind, Takuro is such a poetic writer and does the best stuff ever, and Jiro's stage presence can not be matched. What Other Japanese Bands Do You Like? Puffy AmiYumi is a great group and so is Mayday. Um.. I think even better than those are Ayumi Hamasaki and X Japan. If you want another cool band but not Japanese there's the Korean band H.O.T. |
