Stamps once again prove they're the best in the west

(Aug 11) JOSEPH LAVOIE-  Calgary smoked right past the Lions yesterday leaving a thick cloud of dust for the Lions to clean up. Dave Dickenson threw four thouchdown passes to  lead the Stamps into sole posession of first place in the west.

Dickenson threw two touchdown passs to Travis Moore who had six catches and 100 yards on the night. Dickenson also threw to Aubrey Cummings for another touchdown. He racked up 355 passing yards and completed 20 of 27 attempts.

This was the first time B.C. has lost four games in a row against the Stamps since Greg Mohns took over as head coach half-way through the 1998 season.

The win is Stamps' head coach Wally Buono's 132nd of his career, putting him in third place for CFL regular-season wins.
