Eva A. Thompson
Mrs. Eva A. Thompson, 85, died yesterday at a local nursing home. Her husband, Jesse E. Thompson, survives. They were married in 1914 in Michigan and moved to Bend in 1945, making their home at 1468 East Third St.
A native of Michigan, Mrs. Thompson was born June 30, 1886. Survivors in addition to her husband are children Ellery Thompson, Ontario, Aubrey Thompson, Walnut Creek Calif., and Dorthy Holliday, Lewiston, Idaho, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mrs. Thompson was a member of the First Baptist Church. Services are tentatively scheduled Monday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. William E. Knopp officiating. Burial will follow at Pilot Butte Cemetery.
Niswonger and Reynolds Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
