She was born March 17, 1893 in Isabella County.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Preston of St. Louis and Mrs. Lucille Cummins of Okemos; a brother, Robert Elliott of St. Louis; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Goodenough of Saginaw and Mrs. Alice Terry of California; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday from the Carter Funeral Home in St. Louis, Rev. Raymond Fish officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Isabella County.
