This 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 is owned by my own personal "Webmaster Blaster" Dakota. This pic was taken in Mattoon, IL this past weekend at his first ever soundoff for USAC.

Dakota uses his Dodge Ram as daily transportation plus as a tow vehicle to pull his 24ft enclosed trailer for his 1978 Pontiac Trans Am.

Little by little he has modified his "daily driver". First thing was the stock stereo had to go, thats where I came in. Then the stock resisting exhaust had to go and a Flowmaster "American Thunder" set up was installed. Then the stock aircleaner went in the garbage and was replaced by a AirAid air intake system.

Keeping the interior of his Ram as stock as could be we placed a set of Kicker 4 1/2's and 1" tweeters in some handmade fiberglass pods that are mounted to the floor. The doors are filled with Boston Pro's 6 1/2" mids, and the subs are in a MTX "Thunderform" box located under the back seat.
Powering this system is a Rockford Fosgate 600a4 amp and a Sony 2250 cdx headunit. For his first time in a soundoff he did remarkably well scoring a "1st" place with his Ram in the 150-300 power class for consumers, plus he didnt fall too short (just 10 points) of winning "Best of Show".
This whole system ROCKS!, and it is also protected by a Viper 300+ alarm system. That was installed by Mobile Audio in Bloomington,IL.

This was after the Mattoon show. After being out of the game for several years, it is nice to know I can still build a winner.

This was after the big show in Talorville IL. This was a soundoff and a car and truck show. Yes, you do see 4 trophies next to us. It was a good day at the office. By the way....SAMMY did you like HOOTERS?
