The amp for this install is a Kicker 300.4. It is running the 2 subs on the back half of the amp and the four 6 1/2's off the front half. The head is an Alpine with cd changer controls. The switches below are to turn on the cuddy speakers while turning off the amp. this way you can have the big system on or the little one for those quite moments.

Front speakers and back are all Concept 6 1/2's. They have turned out to be a great choice for boats. They are a very good speaker for the money. The subs are Kicker free air 10's. They were a set from a previous system in Michelle's brother's old boat. Most of what they listen to is rock so they work just fine.

The Alpine changer is in the cuddy for safety.

I replaced the cuddy speakers with a set of Kenwood 6 1/2's. In the process I found some storage behind the mirror. I replaced the rusted snap with velcro and gave them some new storage.

The boat belongs to Bob and Michelle Cox of Pontiac. It is a 21' Four Winns Intimidator. Bob likes the boat because of the 460cid motor. He didn't want a huge boat but he wanted the power. And now with the nice thump in the stereo Michelle likes it even more than before.
