This is Mickey and Frank Mooney's '48 Ford convertable. This is a full glass bodied car. Right now it is in black gell coat and will stay that way for about a year till all the bugs are worked out.

The interior of the car as you can see is not finished. The lower dash and speaker placements were all fabricated by Frank. The lower and the center is all metal and will be painted to match the car later. The car has full Vintage Air and heat. Power windows and locks with remote door poppers also. We laid six bulk boxes of Dynamat Extreme everywhere we could. We also did inner and outer doors and two layers on the floor. The headunit is an Alpine and the speakers are all Concept 6" 1/2"'s.

The motor is a Ram Jet 350 with a 700R4 behind it. The rear is a 373 posi unit. Frank would like to thank Yogi's in IA. and Wiz for all the help, and of course none of this could have been done without Mickey his wife.
