This is a 1986 Mercury Cougar, owned by Josh Thurston. This is a daily driver for him. Probably 60% of my work is for people who want a nicer system for their daily driver.
2 Kicker SoloBaric 10's, 1 Linear Power 2202 amp, 1 Rockford Fosgate Punch 45HD amp, 1 MTX 3way active crossover, MB Quart 3way componet crossover network and fuse network. At the time lit with purple neon tubes.
Custom floor pods which hold a MB Quart 4" and 1" tweeter with Quart 6 1/2's in the door. He and his dad went to a junk yard and got 2 used kick panels and I built the pods on those, so they can be removed and the originals can be put back in to return the car to stock.
Custom designed recessed headunit and fake factory cover plate for added security. This car is also protected by a Viper alarm system. Coming soon pics of Josh's new car. A Corvette. It will not be a daily driver so he does plan to do a nice system. Ready when you are Josh.
