Climax'd Honda

This is the new ride to play with. When I sold the truck I bought this for my daily driver. It is a '94 Accord EX. It has been lowered with Tokico drop springs and struts. Approx. 1.6" in front and 1.75" rear. It does have progressive rate springs to help with hauling kids. The car also has euro lights all the way around. All pinstriping and other emblems have been removed. When time permits both front and rear Honda emblems will be smoothed. Next will be the new BMW style mirrors and grill inserts.

The car has a APC cold air intake and strut tower supports front and rear.

These are the new Redline race pedals I put in. I had to modify them to make them work and look right but it seems you have to do that to everything.I put an Eclipse 5442 CD headunit in the factory location. I did add a lock down in the rear for security and a hidden valet switch for when it is being serviced.

These are the rear doors of the car. I removed the speakers in the rear deck for the subs to carry into the cabin of the car. I needed to have something for the rear fill and so the kids in the back could hear without having the sound up too loud. The doors did not have factory speakers so I had to modify the doors and the door cards. Each door took 4hrs. to do, but I was able to get that factory look. Even the dealership didn't realize it was not factory. That was my goal.

New subs are in. Right now JL Audio in my opinion makes the best subs on the market. I got two 12" W-3's. I am running them with a Titanium series Xtant A-600 mono amp. I am getting a true 300 watts to each sub. I also had to add some Dynamat Extreme to the trunk lid and then finished it with carpet. I did find a set of the new spinner grills and put them on. They look kind of cool and have a motor to run them. I have them wired to a hidden switch. 1
