Personal Touch

This truck belongs to Dave Seal of Chenoa, IL. Dave owns Personal Touch Autobody in Chenoa. This is his shop truck even though it doesn't look like it. The truck has been lowered, new rims and tires, chipped, underdrive pulleys, duel exhuast, L88 hood, painted front grill, K&N intake, and many other goodies. If you would like to contact Dave, you may call 815-945-7774. He is open M-F, and 1/2 day sat.

This is just before the power moon roof and side accents were put on.

At this point I put a Pioneer DIN&1/2 CD player in the factory opening. I also added a new dash cover over the gauge cluster that will light up blue or green and has it's own dimmer switch. The dimmer switch and the color select switch were flush mounted in the dash under the cargo lamp control. I also moved the power outlets to under the radio because the the new console.

This is a hand laid fiberglass sub box for the Lanzar pro 10". He wanted the sub box to be out of the way as best as possible. The sub is run by Rockford Punch 200 amp.

This is the newly covered door panel. The top triangle piece was covered in the tweed to blend better with the rest of the door. The piece around the handle was flamed with sculpting foam as was the bottom of the panel, then covered with matching tweed. Then we added a set of Alpine DDDrive 6 1/2" and tweet combo to the doors.

This is the new console. I took the original and added to it. He liked some of the things about the old one but wanted it to flow up to the dash. The top lid cover and sides were flamed to match. Then I mounted 3 Autometer Phantom gauges to the console.

More updates on Dave's truck to come. It is in progress now.
