We all love it when huge corporations make embarrasing mistakes, so lets look what happened when some tried selling there stuff abroad:
The American Dairy Association was so succesful with its "Got Milk?" campaign that they extended the ad to Mexico. Unfortunatly the Spanish translation was "Are you lactating?"
Colgate introduced a toothpaste called "Cue" in France, not knowing "Cue" was already the name of a well known French porn magazine.
Coors put its slogan "Turn it loose" into Spanish, where it read "Suffer from diarrhea".
Bacardi concocted a new drink which they called "Pavian" to suggest French chic, but they didnt realise that Pavian mean baboon in Germany.
Clairol introduced the "Mist-Stick" in Germany, not knowing that "Mist" was German slang for "Manure"...not many people bought the "Manure-Stick"
When KFC when into the Chinese market they didnt realise there slogan "Finger lickin good" translated as "Eat your fingers off"
When Pepsi started marketing its drinks in China, they translated there slogan "Pepsi Brings You Back To Life" litterally. In Chinese it came out as "Pepsi Brings Your Ancestors Back from the Grave"
Cheverolet tried selling there latest model new Nova in Mexico but couldnt understand why it wasnt selling. It wasnt until they realised that Nova in Spanish means "Doesnt Go" that they figured it out.
Ford tried selling their new Ford Pinto in Brazil but sadly failed to see Pinto in Brazil means "Tiny Male Genitals". They renamed it the Ford Horse.

There's an old wives tale that says if a woman eats cabbage it helps her breasts grow. Sounds silly eh??
Well it could actually be true. Cabbage, or rather the juice from cabbages, contains a certain amount of a chemical called Glutamine. Glutamine is a non-essential Amino Acid and is one of the human growth hormones (HGH). The body needs these HGH's to grow and develop, and so if you apply enough cabbage juice to your chest, your breasts shall grow. Fascinating.
